With near perfect weather conditions for Bridgeport Speedways,
Fast and Furious Fridays, racing continued on the ¼ mile track.
With the Touring Slingshots being a no show tonight the 3 weekly
classes of (76 cars) 600cc & 270cc Micro Sprints and the always
entertaining 4 cylinders put on a great show for the fans. The
night started off with the powerful 600cc Micros up first. The
600cc Feature winner was the # 026 of Jeff Hartman. Heats went
to: #10 Steven Bracall, #53 Dave Graziano, #34 Jim Dunckley, #55
Dave Brown. The Buckhorn Restaurant, B main winner was the #9 of
Stewart Carmichael. The feature saw young ex Quarter Midget

600cc win at the “Port”. Steven was running away with the lead
throughout numerous cautions. But it was the last late caution
that done him in. With a green, white checkered to close it out
the #026 of Jeff Hartman who started 10th was able to make a last
lap pass to get the win with Steven a close second and Dave
Graziano rounding out the top three.
The 270cc Feature winner was the #79 of Dylon McMahon. Heats went
to: #79 Dylon McMahon, #44 John Copeland, #15 John Blanda, #54
Dana Lamothe. The Buckhorn Restaurant, B main winner was # 45 of
Matt McAnally. The feature saw Dylon start on the pole and go
wire to wire for the win. With John Blanda second coming from a
3rd starting position and Jay Hartman finishing third coming from
a tenth starting position.
The 4 Cyl. Feature winner was the #01 of Bucky Allbright. Heats
went to: #01 Bucky Allbright and #80 Jim Hughes. The feature saw
Bucky Allbright come from a third starting position to take the
win with Josh Lovett second and Warren Stradley rounding out the

The first of 4 600cc wingless races are due to run this coming
friday 5/29/09. Guhl Motors www.GuhlMotors.com is sponsoring the

for the powerful 600cc Micro Sprints on the 1/4 mile. Grandstand
